Swinton Update: Knife Recovered & Illegal E-Bike Seized

Your Swinton Neighbourhood Officers have been continuing to tackle the issues that matter most to local residents, carrying out proactive patrols and taking positive action to keep our communities safe. 
 

🔪 Knife Recovered & Offender Charged

Over the last week, officers conducted a stop search of a male who was found to be carrying a knife. The individual was arrested and has since been charged with the offence.

Removing weapons from our streets remains a key priority, and we will continue to take action against those carrying knives and putting others at risk. 👮‍♂️
 

⚡ Illegal E-Bike Seized

Following proactive patrols in the area, officers also seized an illegal e-bike being used unlawfully on the roads.

We know the impact illegal bikes can have on our communities, from anti-social behaviour to road safety concerns, and we will continue to target those who choose to use them illegally. 🚴‍♂️❌
